Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • Half Boiled Potatoes
  • Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • Chaat Masala
  • Dates-Tamarind Chutney
  • 1-2 Teaspoons of Curd (Dahi)
  • Salt
For Pudina Chutney:
  • 1 Cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • ½ Cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 2-3 Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
Procedure:
  1. Cut the half boiled potatoes into pieces and deep fry them in oil. Keep the flame on medium heat and make them nice golden brown and crispy.
  2. For chutney grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and salt.
  3. Take the fried potatoes in a bowl, add red chili powder, roasted cumin seed powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add green chutney, curd and dates tamarind chutney. Mix well and serve Delhi’s famous Aloo Chaat.
