Chinese Bhajiya
Chinese recipes are loved by everyone and today we will make Chinese Bhajiyas. We will use some finely chopped vegetables and mix them with Chinese sauces and prepare the batter for bhajiyas.   • 2 Finely Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 200-250 Grams of Finely Chopped Spring Onions
  • 150 Grams Finely Chopped Cabbage (Patta Gobi)
  • 2 Grated Carrots
  • 4 Tablespoons of Plain Flour (Maida)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Rice Flour (Chawal Atta)
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 10-12 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 1-1.5 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger (Adrak)
  • 2-3 Teaspoons of Kashmiri Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Green Chili Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Oil
  1. In a bowl add finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped spring onions, grated carrots, finely chopped cabbage, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, green chili sauce, red chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, Kashmiri red chili sauce and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add plain flour and rice flour. Mix well and make batter for bhajiyas. Don’t add water while preparing the batter.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry the bhajiays. Keep the flame medium while frying it. Once they are fried well remove them in a bowl.
