  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour (Gehun Atta)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Semolina (Rava)
  • ¾ Cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • 5-6 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
  1. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, semolina, chili flakes, black pepper powder, finely chopped garlic cloves, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt and cheese. Add 2-3 teaspoons of oil and mix it well.
  2. Add water and knead a puri dough from it. The dough should be little firm. Apply some oil and make the dough smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a portion of dough and roll it into a puri. Dip fry the puris in oil. Once they are ready remove it in a plate. Serve it hot and enjoy with your friends and family.
