Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 500 Grams Grated Paneer
  • 4-5 Finely Chopped Onions
  • 2 Finely Chopped Tomato
  • 3-4 Teaspoons of Cream (Malai)
  • 3-4 Soaked Kashmiri Red Chilies (Lal Mirch)
  • 5-6 Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 1-1.5 Inch Ginger (Adrak)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Ghee
  • Butter
  • Water
Procedure:
  1. Make a paste of soaked Kashmiri red chilies, garlic cloves and ginger.
  2. Heat some ghee in kadhai and add cumin seeds and finely chopped onion. Stir till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add the prepared paste and mix well.
  4. Add finely chopped tomato and sauté it well. Add salt to cook the tomatoes quickly.
  5. Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder and mix well.
  6. Add cream and stir well till ghee separates.
  7. Add grated paneer and mix it.
  8. Add salt if required and mix well.
  9. Add garam masala, kasuri methi and coriander leaves. Mix it. Cook for 1-2 minutes and switch off the gas.
  10. Top it with butter and our paneer bhurji is ready. Enjoy it with hot parathas.
