Ingredients:
  • 200 Grams Less Spicy Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ¾ Teaspoon Amchur Powder
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds (Saunf) Powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Remove the stem of green chilies and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Heat some oil and add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Let it crackle.
  3. Reduce the flame and add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, fennel seeds powder and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add green chili pieces and stir well.
  5. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Vagharela Marcha is ready.
