Ingredients:
- 200 Grams Puffed Rice (Mamra)
- Sev
- 20-25 Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
- 2 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- In a mixer cup add garlic cloves and red chili powder. Grind it into a coarse paste.
- Heat some oil in a kadhai and add the prepared paste. Sauté it well.
- Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add puffed rice (mamra) and stir well. Keep the gas flame medium so that it becomes nice crisp. Roast for 10-15 minutes.
- Add sev and our lasaniya sev mamra is ready.
