Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup of Curd (Dahi)
  • ¼ Cup of Milk
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • ¾ Teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
  • Cream (Malai)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Chopped Almonds (Badam)
  • Chopped Pistachios (Pista)
Procedure:
  1. In a bowl add curd, milk, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and ice cubes. Whisk it well.
  2. Add some cream and whisk it.
  3. Pour this lassi into glass. Add some cream on top and top it with some chopped almonds and chopped pistachios.
