Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • 1 Cup Maida
  • ¼ Cup Wheat Flour (Gehun Atta)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water
For Stuffing:
  • ¾ Cup Grated Paneer
  • ¾ Cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • ½- ¾ Inch Finely Chopped Ginger (Adrak)
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl take maida, wheat flour, salt, some oil and add water. Knead a firm dough. Apply some oil and make it smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl add grated paneer, grated cheese, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped ginger, black pepper powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well and prepare the stuffing.
  3. Take a portion of dough, dust it with flour and roll it into medium sized roti. Cut it from center make two parts. Take one part of it and make a cone out of it. Apply water to edges to seal them. Add the stuffing inside the cone and close the edges with the help of water. Prepare all the samosas similarly.
  4. Heat some oil and deep fry the samosa. Fry them on medium heat to ensure that the dough is fried well and doesn’t remain raw. Make the samosas nice crispy and golden brown. Cheese Paneer Samosa is ready.
