Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups of Wheat Flour (Gehun ka Atta)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Amchur Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • 2-3 Teaspoons of Kasuri Methi
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Ghee
  • Water
Procedure:
  1. In wheat flour add salt, kasuri methi and some oil. Mix it. Add some water and knead it into a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. For masala in a bowl mix red chili powder, roasted cumin seed powder, garam masala, amchur powder and some salt. Mix it.
  3. Take some portion of dough and roll it into a paratha. Apply some ghee on paratha. Sprinkle some masala and some coriander leaves. Fold the paratha into square shape and roll it.
  4. On a tawa roast this paratha. While roasting the paratha apply ghee on both sides to make the paratha crispy.
  5. Masala Paratha is ready.
