Recipe: Ingredients:
  • Leftover Roti
  • Boiled Potato Slices
  • Tomato Slices
  • Onion Slices
  • Lengthwise Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • Green Chutney
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Chaat Masala
  • Cheese
  • Butter
  1. Apply butter on both rotis. On one roti apply green chutney and on other roti tomato sauce.
  2. Place onion slices, tomato slices, boiled potato slices and lengthwise chopped capsicum. Sprinkle some chaat masala and grate some cheese.
  3. Place the second roti on top of first and make a sandwich.
  4. On a tawa apply some butter and roast the sandwich.
  5. Apply butter on top and roast it from both sides. Make it nice crispy and golden brown. Roti Sandwich is ready.
