Ragi Dosa Recipe - Instant Dosa Recipe
Dosa is a South Indian recipe enjoyed by all age groups. It is a simple and a light meal to have at any time. Dosa can be prepared in various and today we will make dosa using Ragi. Ragi is a very healthy and nutritious for our body. This Ragi Dosa recipe is very instant and you can prepare it for your breakfast or even for dinner. This Dosa recipe in Gujarati should be prepared at home as it is very healthy and at the same time Ragi Dosa is simply tasty when enjoyed with Dosa Coconut Chutney. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Ragi Flour
  • ½ Cup Semolina (Suji)
  • ½ Cup Rice Flour (Chawal Ka Atta)
  • ½ Cup Curd (Dahi)
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Ghee
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl add ragi flour, rice flour, semolina, curd, finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, finely chopped green chilies and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add water and prepare the batter. Keep the consistency of the batter thin. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes if required add water.
  4. Heat the tawa and grease it with ghee. Pour the batter and prepare the dosa. When your pour the batter keep the flame low and after pouring the batter keep the flame medium.
  5. Once it is done from one side, apply ghee on top and cook the other side. Cook it well from both sides. Ragi Dosa is ready.
