This recipe is very simple but is very tasty & tempting. The crunchiness of toast gives an excellent texture to the recipe and chatpata combination of various chutneys and chopped onion-tomatoes gives a nice taste to the recipe. Ingredients:
- Rusk (Toast)
- Boiled Potatoes
- Finely Chopped Onion
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- Green Chutney
- Dates-Tamarind (Khajur Imli) Chutney
- Garlic (Lehsun) Chutney
- Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
- Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- Chaat Masala
- Salt
- Sev
Procedure:
- Break the rusk (toast) into pieces.
- Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, boiled potato, red chili powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin seeds powder, salt, green chutney, garlic chutney, dates-tamarind chutney and mix well.
- Serve it in a dish, top it with sev and chopped coriander leaves. Toast Chaat is ready.
