Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 Black Peppercorns (Sabut Kali Mirch)
  • 8-10 Cloves (Laung)
  • 1 Teaspoon Fenel Seeds (Saunf)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1 Teaspoon Amchur Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • Salt

Procedure:

  1. In a pan add cloves, black peppercorns, cumin seeds and fennel seeds. Roast it well.
  2. Let it cool down and add it to mixer jar. Add asafoetida, amchur powder, black salt and salt.
  3. Grind it into fine powder and our tasty & chatpata sandwich masala is ready.
