Recipe: Ingredients:
  • Vagherala Mamra
  • Boiled Lal Chana
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Finely Chopped Onions
  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • Finely Chopped Raw Mango (Kacchi Keri)
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Green Chutney
  • Dates-Tamarind (Khajur Imli) Chutney
  • Chaat Masala
  • Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Puris
  • Sev
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl add vagharela mamra, onion, tomato, raw mango, boiled lal chana, boiled potatoes, puri pieces, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, green chutney, dates-tamarind chutney and mix well.
  2. Add some sev and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  3. Our bhel is ready.
