  • 150 Grams Lal Chana
  • 2 Finely Chopped Onions
  • 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • Finely Chopped Raw Mango (Kacha Aam)
  • Chaat Masala
  • Green Chutney
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Butter
  1. Wash the lal chana and soak it for 5-6 hours. Boil the chanas.
  2. Now heat some butter in a kadhai and add finely chopped onions. Sauté it slightly.
  3. Add boiled lal chana and tomatoes. Stir them well.
  4. Now add green chutney, chaat masala and salt. Mix it well.
  5. Add chopped raw mango and coriander leaves. Stir well.
  6. Serve it in a bowl and top it with butter. Juhu Chowpatty Chana Chaat is ready.
