Ingredients:
- Pav
- Finely Chopped Onion
- Soaked & Boiled Lal Chana
- Masala Chana Dal
- Sev
- Dates-Tamarind (Khajur Imli) Chutney
- Rajkot Ni Lili Chatni
- Garlic (Lehsun) Chutney
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Procedure:
- In a bowl make a liquid mixture of khajur imli chutney. Cut the pav into pieces and dip it in the mixture.
- Squeeze the pieces and place them on a plate.
- On it add Rajkot lili chatni, garlic chutney, khajur imli chutney, soaked & boiled lal chana, masala chana dal, finely chopped onion, sev and coriander leaves.
- Rajkot Bread Katka is ready.
