Recipe: Ingredients:
  • Pav
  • Finely Chopped Onion
  • Soaked & Boiled Lal Chana
  • Masala Chana Dal
  • Sev
  • Dates-Tamarind (Khajur Imli) Chutney
  • Rajkot Ni Lili Chatni
  • Garlic (Lehsun) Chutney
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Procedure:
  1. In a bowl make a liquid mixture of khajur imli chutney. Cut the pav into pieces and dip it in the mixture.
  2. Squeeze the pieces and place them on a plate.
  3. On it add Rajkot lili chatni, garlic chutney, khajur imli chutney, soaked & boiled lal chana, masala chana dal, finely chopped onion, sev and coriander leaves.
  4. Rajkot Bread Katka is ready.
