Recipe: Ingredients:

  • 250 Grams Corn (Makai)
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
  • 2-3 Teaspoon Schezwan Sauce
  • Green Chutney
  • Dates-Tamarind (Khajur-Imli) Chutney
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Salt
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Sev
  • Cheese
  • Water

Procedure:

  1. Boil 250 grams of corn. When it is boiled add turmeric powder to the corn and mix well. Now drain the water and take the corn in a mixing bowl.
  2. To the corn add onion, tomato, schezwan chutney, green chutney, dates-tamarind chutney, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  3. Serve it in a plate and top it with some sev and grated cheese. Surat Makai Ni Bhel is ready.
