Recipe: Ingredients:

• Pav
• 2 Finely Chopped Onion
• 2 Finely Chopped Tomato
• 2 Finley Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
• Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
• 1-1.5 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
• 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
• 1-1.5 Teaspoon Garam Masala
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• Salt
• Butter

Procedure:

1. Add some butter on tawa and melt it. Add chopped tomato and stir till it turns transparent.
2. Add chopped capsicum and chopped capsicum. Stir well and let the vegetables become soft.
3. Now add ginger-garlic paste and sauté it well.
4. Add red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Mix well.
5. Mash the vegetables with a masher.
