Today we will make a yummy and tasty Paneer Nu Shaak. This paneer sabji recipe is prepared on tawa to give it a nice taste. Recipe:
Ingredients:- 150-200 Grams Paneer Pieces
- 2 Lengthwise Chopped Onion
- 2 Lengthwise Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
- 2 Lengthwise Chopped Tomatoes
- 3-4 Teaspoons of Cream (Malai)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
- 2 Lengthwise Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- ¾ Teaspoon Dried Mango (Amchur) Powder
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- Heat oil on an iron tawa and add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies and lengthwise chopped onion. Stir till onion turns transparent.
- Add lengthwise chopped capsicum and tomato. Mix well till the vegetables are cooked well.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté it well.
- Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder, garam masala, dried mango powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add paneer and mix well.
- Add cream and switch off the gas. Stir well and garnish it with coriander leaves. Paneer Khurchan is ready.
