  • 150-200 Grams Paneer Pieces
  • 2 Lengthwise Chopped Onion
  • 2 Lengthwise Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 2 Lengthwise Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3-4 Teaspoons of Cream (Malai)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
  • 2 Lengthwise Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Dried Mango (Amchur) Powder
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  1. Heat oil on an iron tawa and add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies and lengthwise chopped onion. Stir till onion turns transparent.
  2. Add lengthwise chopped capsicum and tomato. Mix well till the vegetables are cooked well.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté it well.
  4. Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder, garam masala, dried mango powder and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add paneer and mix well.
  6. Add cream and switch off the gas. Stir well and garnish it with coriander leaves. Paneer Khurchan is ready.
