Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 5-6 Onions
  • 2 Cups Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 3-4 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • 1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Dice onions into small pieces.
  2. Take the onions in a mixing bowl add finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, carom seeds and salt. Crush the carom seeds between your palms and then add it. Mix well.
  3. Now add gram flour and mix it well. Add water as per requirement and prepare a thick batter. As onions have moisture, add less amount of water.
  4. Heat oil and deep fry the bhajiyas. Fry them on medium flame so that they are fried well from inside.
  5. Dungri Na Bhajiya are ready, enjoy it with fried green chilies.
