Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 4-5 Leftover Rotis
  • 2-3 Teaspoon Curd (Dahi)
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
  • 8-10 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (Til)
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Make small pieces of leftover rotis. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, garlic cloves, green chilies and sauté it well.
  2. Add chopped onion and stir till it turns transparent.
  3. Add chopped tomato and let it become soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhana jeera powder and mix well.
  5. Add curd and stir well.
  6. Now add the roti pieces, salt and mix them well. Garnish it with coriander leaves and our Roti Tadka is ready.
