Pudla is a traditional Gujarati dish and today we will make this traditional pudla with a twist. We will make today Cheese Pudla which will make this Gujarati recipe more tempting and tasty. In this pudla recipe I have added tomatoes to give a nice tangy taste. You can enjoy this pudla with tomato sauce or even with green chutney.

- 1.5 Cups of Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- 1-1.5 Tablespoon Curd (Dahi)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Grated Cheese
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- In gram flour add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, cud, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
- Mix the curd well and then if required add water to prepare batter for pudla.
- Heat some oil on tawa and pour the batter. Spread it evenly and make the pudlas. Cook it well from both sides.
- Grate some cheese on the pudla and fold it. Tomato Cheese Pudla is ready.
