Ingredients:
  • 6-7 Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoons Garlic (Lehsun) Chutney
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Sev
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and finely chopped onions. Stir the onions well. Add salt to cook the onions quickly. Close lid and let them turn golden brown.
  2. Now add garlic chutney, turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhana jeera powder, garam masala and stir well.
  3. Add sev and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and Kathiyawadi Sev Dungli Nu Shaak is ready.
