Biscuits are loved by everyone, today we will make atta biscuits. This whole wheat biscuits is very easy to make and is a 3 ingredient biscuit recipe. In this biscuit recipe you can even add coco powder, dry fruits or even essence. This yummy soft biscuit recipe can be a perfect accompaniment with your tea.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour (Gehun Atta)
- ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2.5 Teaspoons of Ghee
- 4 Teaspoons of Butter
- Salt
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl add ghee, butter and whisk it well. While taking the measurements you can use normal spoon we use to eat.
- Now add powdered sugar and whisk till a smooth paste is prepared.
- Add pinch of salt and wheat flour. Mix well till the ghee and butter is absorbed by the flour. If required add milk and knead a soft dough.
- Grease a tray with butter.
- Take some portion of the dough and flatten it between your palms to make a biscuit. You can give a design to the biscuit by using a fork. Press the fork at the edges of the biscuit to give a nice design. Place the biscuit in the tray. Make sure there is some space between the biscuits so that when it is baked they don’t stick to each other.
- In a kadhai keep a stand. Close lid and preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Place the tray in the kadhai on the stand and bake it with closed lid on medium flame for 25 minutes.
- Let biscuits cool down completely and then remove them. As they get cool they will harden.
