Leftover Roti Recipe | Roti Chaat | Gujarati Rasoi

I will make today an interesting and tasty recipe of leftover rotis. This chatapata chaat recipe prepared from roti is simple yummy and can be an exciting recipe to enjoy with your friends and family. In this recipe we have shallow fried the roti and have break them into pieces. We have then added some chopped veggies, chutneys and masalas to make this recipe tangy & tasty. Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 5-6 Rotis
  • Boiled Potato Pieces
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Chopped Onions
  • Green Chutney
  • Dates-Tamarind (Khajur-Imli) Chutney
  • Chaat Masala
  • Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • Sev
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Procedure:
  1. Make pieces of the leftover rotis and shallow fry them.
  2. Now in a plate break the fried roti pieces. Add boiled potato pieces, chopped tomato, chopped onion, green chutney, dates-tamarind chutney, chaat masala, roasted cumin seed powder, sev and some coriander leaves.
  3. Tasty Roti Chaat is ready to eat.
