- 12- 15 Cashew Nuts (Kaju)
- 1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds (Khuskhus)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (Til)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Salt
- Oil
- Cut potatoes into lengthwise pieces to make chips. Deep fry the chips.
- Heat some oil to make sabji and add cashew nuts. Fry them till golden brown.
- Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.
- Add the potato chips and mix well.
- Add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and our Batata Chips Nu Shaak is ready.
