Ingredients:
  • Potatoes
  • 12- 15 Cashew Nuts (Kaju)
  • 1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds (Khuskhus)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (Til)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Cut potatoes into lengthwise pieces to make chips. Deep fry the chips.
  2. Heat some oil to make sabji and add cashew nuts. Fry them till golden brown.
  3. Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well.
  4. Add the potato chips and mix well.
  5. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and our Batata Chips Nu Shaak is ready.
