- 8-10 Garlic Cloves
- 3-4 Dried Red Chilies (Sukhi Lal Mirch)
- ½ Inch Ginger (Adrak)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- Salt
- Gathiya/ Sev
- 300 Grams Finely Chopped Spring Onions
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- Salt
- Oil
- In a mixer cup add garlic cloves, ginger, dried red chilies, red chili powder and salt. Grind it into a coarse paste.
- Heat some oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and the garlic paste. Fry the paste well in oil.
- Add turmeric powder and stir well. Add finely chopped spring onions and stir well. Close lid and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add dhana jeera powder and salt. Mix well.
- Now add the gathiyas and our Sev Lili Dungli Nu Shaak is ready.
