Ingredients:
  • 500 Grams Cauliflower (Phool Gobi)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Chop the flower into medium to small pieces.
  2. Deep fry the flower pieces. Make them golden brown.
  3. Take the fried flower in a mixing bowl, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix it well. Tasty & Quick Gujarati Flower Nu Shaak is ready.
