Ingredients:
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 2-3 Dried Red Chilies (Sukhi Lal Mirch)
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. In a mixer add garlic cloves, red chili powder and salt. Grind it into a paste.
  2. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, dried red chilies and prepared paste. Fry it well.
  3. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Add whisked curd and mix well. Add salt and stir well.
  5. Let the mixture boil and our Dahi Tikhari is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
