Tuver Paratha Recipe - Quick Paratha Breakfast Recipe - Indian Parathas

We have prepared various paratha recipes on Gujarati Rasoi, but today we will make a different Paratha today. Today we will make Tuva=er na Paratha. Ingredients:
  • 250 Grams of Tuver Daana
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Green Garlic (Hara Lehsun)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Green Chili-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Grind coarsely 250 Grams of Tuver daana.
  2. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, green chili-ginger paste and sauté it well.
  3. Add finely chopped green garlic and give it a stir.
  4. Add turmeric powder and mix it well.
  5. Now add grinded tuver daana, salt, lemon juice, sugar and mix well. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add some coriander leaves and mix well. Let this mixture cool down.
  7. Mainly take dough used to make parathas. Take small portion of the dough and roll it into small roti. Add the stuffing and close the ends of the roti, apply some flour and roll it into paratha.
  8. Roast the paratha well on a tawa. While roasting the paratha apply ghee to both sides. Tuver Na Paratha is ready, try it with Gajar Nu Ahtanu.
