Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour (Besa)
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Green Garlic (Hara Lehsun)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Vadvani Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1-1.5 Inch Grated Ginger (Adrak)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl add chopped green garlic, chopped coriander leaves and chopped vadvani green chilies.
  2. Add grated ginger, salt and lemon juice.
  3. Add gram flour and prepare the batter for bhajiyas. Don’t use water to prepare the batter.
  4. Heat some oil to deep fry the bhajiyas. Take some portion of the batter in your hand and using your thumb drop small portion of bhajiyas to deep fry. Serve Kumbhaniya Bhajiyas with onions.
