We have added oregano, chili flakes and cheese to the pudla mixture to make it more yummy and tasty. - 1.5 Cups of Wheat Flour (Gehun ka Atta)
- ½ Cup Semolina (Sooji)
- ½- ¾ Cup of Curd (Dahi)
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
- 2-3 Grated Carrots (Gajar)
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Grated Cheese
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, semolina, curd, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, grated carrots, grated cheese, finely chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, oregano, chili flakes and salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add water and prepare the batter.
- Add some oil and spread it evenly. Pour the batter and prepare the pudlas. Make them nice golden brown from both sides. Mini Wheat Pudlas are ready.
