In this week I will show you some quick & tasty farali recipes for Navratri. In today’s Navratri Recipe we will make Farali Gota. Gota is a popular Gujarati Farsan prepared from gram flour. Today we will make traditional Gujarati Gota but for upvas using Rajgira flour and potatoes. You can enjoy these Gotas with dahi.

- 1.5 Cups of Rajgira Flour
- 2 Grated Potatoes
- ½ Cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Crushed Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- In a bowl take rajgira flour, add grated potatoes, cumin seeds, crushed green chilies, coriander leaves, salt and mix them.
- Add some water and prepare thick batter to make gotas.
- Heat oil and drop small portions of the batter. Deep fry the gotas till they turn golden brown.
- Once they turn golden brown, remove them in a serving plate and serve it with dahi.
