  • 50 Grams Finely Chopped Spinach (Palak)
  • 1.5 Cups of Gram Flour (Besan)
  • ½ Cup of Rice Flour (Chawal Ka Atta)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Green Chili-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • Cheese
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
  1. In a mixing bowl take gram flour add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, green chili-ginger paste, rice flour, finely chopped spinach, salt and mix well. Add water and prepare the batter for pudla.
  2. On a pan spread some oil, heat it and pour the batter to prepare pudlas. Roast it well from both sides.
  3. Now once the pudla is ready, grate some cheese over it and close the lid of pan and cook till cheese melts. Cheese Palak Pudla is ready.
