- 50 Grams Finely Chopped Spinach (Palak)
- 1.5 Cups of Gram Flour (Besan)
- ½ Cup of Rice Flour (Chawal Ka Atta)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Green Chili-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- ¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder

- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- In a mixing bowl take gram flour add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, green chili-ginger paste, rice flour, finely chopped spinach, salt and mix well. Add water and prepare the batter for pudla.
- On a pan spread some oil, heat it and pour the batter to prepare pudlas. Roast it well from both sides.
- Now once the pudla is ready, grate some cheese over it and close the lid of pan and cook till cheese melts. Cheese Palak Pudla is ready.
