Often we order yummy masala papad at a restaurant. Today we will make this Masala Papad at home having the same taste and yumminess of the restaurant one. Ingredients:
  • Papad
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • ¾ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ½ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Salt 
  • Sev
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala, roasted cumin seed powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
  2. Roast a papad on a pan and make sure it remains flat and does not roll up. You can also deep fry the papad.
  3. Place the roasted papad on a plate, add the previously prepared masala, sev and coriander leaves. Masala Papad is ready.
