Aloo Puri - Potato Puri Recipe - Gujarati Rasoi

  • 2.5 Cups of Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta)
  • 3 Boiled & Grated Potatoes
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Green Chili (Hari Mirch) Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
  1. In wheat flour add boiled and grated potatoes, turmeric powder, green chili paste, chili flakes, roasted cumin seed powder, coriander leaves, salt, about 3-4 teaspoons oil and knead a dough out of it. If required add water to knead a firm dough for making puris.
  2. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Then roll out puris out of the dough and deep fry them in oil. Aloo Puri is ready to eat.
