Mumbai Sukki Vada Pav Chutney at Home - Vada Pav Garlic Chutney Recipe

Mumbai Vada Pav is served with the dry garlic chutney which takes the flavour of the Vada Pav to the next level. This vada pav chutney consists of ingredients like dried coconut, coriander seeds, garlic and other yummy ingredients. There is a special technique to make this dry chutney. In this recipe we will see how to make this Mumbai vada pav chutney at home.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • ½ Cup of Grated Dried Coconut (Sukku Nariyal)
  • 10-12 Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds (Dhaniye Ke Beej)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Salt

Procedure:
  1. In a pan roast coriander seeds, grated dried coconut and garlic cloves well.
  2. Let the mixture cool down and then add it to a mixer cup. Add red chilli powder and salt. Grind it into a coarse chutney. [ Note : Don’t Add Water while Grinding]
  3. Mumbai Vada Pav Chutney is ready.
