Paneer Roti Roll - Lunch Box Special Paneer Recipe

Today we will make a quick and wholesome lunch box recipe called as Paneer Roti Roll. This recipe consists of both roti and vegetables which makes this recipe healthy and tasty. We have cooked paneer and some fresh vegetables with chilli flakes and oregano which gives a nice taste to the recipe. Further we have cut the roll into bite sized pieces making it easy and quick to eat. This recipe can be served to both kids and office goers.

Ingredients:
  • Roti
  • Paneer Pieces
  • 1 Lengthwise Chopped Red Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 1 Lengthwise Chopped Green Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 1 Lengthwise Chopped Yellow Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 1 Chopped Onion 
  • 5-6 Finely Chopped Garlic (Lehsun)
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil and sauté chopped garlic well. Add chopped onions and stir till it turns transparent.
  2. Add red, yellow, green capsicum and stir well. Add salt and stir well. Close lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Now add paneer pieces and stir well. Then add chilli flakes, oregano and mix well.
  4. Now take a roti and apply butter on it. Place the filling and roll the roti. Cut the roti into pieces and place them into your kid’s lunch box. Paneer Roti Roll is ready.
