Pakora Recipe - Monsoon Special Pakora Recipes - Quick Veg Pakora

Pakora or Pakoda are familiar with the monsoon. This pakora recipe in gujarati is totally tempting. In this rainy season special pakoda recipe in gujarati we have prepared quick vegetable pakoda which consists of onion, carrot ,cabbage, capsicum, spinach and some coriander. With all these different vegetables and simple masala our pakoras are ready in minutes to enjoy in the rains.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups of Gram Flour (Besan)
  • ½ Cup of Finely Chopped Spring Onion
  • ½ Cup of Grated Cabbage (Patta Gobi)
  • ½ Cup of Grated Carrots (Gajar)
  • ½ Cup of Finely Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • ½ Cup of Finely Chopped Spinach (Palak
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Rice Flour (Chawal ka Atta)
  • 2 Teaspoons of Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 2 Teaspoons of Dhana Jeera
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoons of Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. In gram flour, add rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, chopped spring onions, grated cabbage, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped spinach, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, carom seeds and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add water if required and prepare the batter for pakoras.
  3. Add 3-4 teaspoons of hot oil to the batter and mix well.
  4. Deep fry the pakoras well in hot oil. Mix veg pakora is ready to eat.
