Mayonnaise Sandwich - Healthy Veg Mayo Sandwich for Lunch Box

In our first lunch box special recipe we will make mayonnaise sandwich. This sandwich has the filling consisting of vegetables like carrots,  cucumber, tomato and onions. You can add additional vegetables as per your choice. This recipe is very quick to make consists of vegetables which makes it nutritious. Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • Bread
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Chopped Cucumber (Kakdi)
  • 1 Grated Carrot (Gajar)
  • 3-4 Teaspoons of Mayonnaise
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Butter
  • Ghee
Procedure:
  1. In a bowl take chopped onions, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber and grated carrot. Mix the ingredients well.
  2. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Apply butter to bread slices. Apply tomato slice to one slice and place the stuffing on it. Prepare the sandwich.
  4. Roast the sandwich on a pan with some ghee. Mayonnaise Sandwich is ready.
