Ingredients:
  • 300 Grams of Boiled Corn (Makai)
  • 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)
  • ½ Inch Finely Chopped Ginger (Adrak)
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Sev
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Butter
Procedure:
  1. Melt some butter and roast the boiled corn.
  2. Take these corn kernels in a mixing bowl and add finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin seed powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Serve the chaat in a bowl and top it with sev and coriander leaves. Corn Chaat is ready to eat.
