Ingredients:
  • Slightly Roasted Wheat or All Purpose Flour Rotis
  • Grated Carrots (Gajar)
  • Lengthwise Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • Lengthwise Chopped Cabbage (Patta Gobi)
  • Lengthwise Chopped Onion 
  • Grated Cheese
  • 4-5 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
  • 1-1.5 Tablespoons of All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Green Chili (Hari Mirch) Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ½ Teaspoon Dried Mango (Amchur) Powder
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Rice Flour (Chawal Ka Atta)
  • Green Chutney
  • Oil
  • Butter
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add some potatoes, chaat masala, dried mango powder, salt, green chilli paste, all purpose flour, coriander leaves and mix well.
  2. Prepare patties from the potato mixture, coat it with rice flour and shallow fry in oil.
  3. Melt some butter on a pan and roast the slightly roasted wheat or maida rotis. 
  4. Spread some green chutney on the roti. Place the aloo patty then add some grated carrots, lengthwise chopped capsicum, lengthwise chopped cabbage and lengthwise chopped onions. Grate some cheese and fold the frankie.
  5. Frankie recipe is ready.
