- 3-4 Boiled Drumsticks (Saragva)
- 2 Finely Chopped Onions
- 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak- Lehsun) Paste
- 10-12 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves. Stir well.
- Add finely chopped onions and stir till it turns golden brown.
- Add finely chopped tomato and ginger-garlic paste. Stir well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhana jeera powder and garam masala. Fry the masalas well.
- Add boiled drumsticks and stir well.
- Add water as per requirement and salt. Mix well.
- Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and Sargva Nu Shaak is ready.
