Easy Pudla Recipe - Cheese Rice Pudla - Gujarati Rasoi

Cheese Bhat na Pudla is a different Pudla recipe in Gujarati. This pudla recipe in Gujarati can be an excellent dinner recipe. This pudla recipe is very quick to make and addition of chopped vegetables and cheese makes it yummy and a recipe which would be loved by kids.   • 2 Cups of Rice Flour (Chawal ka Atta)
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Cheese
  • Oil
  • Water

  1. In rice flour add oil and mix well. Now add some water and prepare a smooth batter. Cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the tawa well. Now reduce the flame, add some oil and wipe it with a tissue paper or napkin. This will help us to remove the pudla easily.
  3. Pour the batter and prepare the pudla as shown. 
  4. Pour some oil on top and let it cook on a medium flame for 3-5 minutes. Once it turns brown flip it and cook the other side.
  5. Flip it again and add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum, some grated cheese and some coriander leaves. Fold it and our Cheese Rice Pudla is ready to eat.
