1. Aloo Paratha

Aloo Paratha is an all time favorite paratha recipe. Aloo Parathas are very tasty and our like a complete meal. This paratha consists of a potato filling. This potato filling is prepared by cooking boiled potatoes in tadka of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chilies and curry leaves. The parathas are prepared with wheat flour and can be prepared in butter or ghee.

2. Palak Paratha

This paratha recipe is prepared by adding palak paste to the flour along with some curd and traditional powdered spices. The palak paste is prepared by grinding spinach, green chilies, cumin seeds and garlic. This paratha is recipe highly nutritious and healthy. Palak parathas are very quick to prepare and can be an excellent recipe for kids lunch box. 

3. Paneer Paratha

Paneer Paratha is a tempting recipe that you must try at home. A mixture consisting of grated paneer, finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilies, some garam masala, hint of amchur powder and fresh coriander is prepared and ingredients are stirred well so that the flavors are blended well. This chatapata paneer mixture is then filled in a wheat based roti, the roti closed from all ends, flattened and rolled into a paratha. For extra taste you can roast the paratha in butter.

4. Carrot Paratha

Carrots are extremely healthy and nutritious for our body. This is a quick paratha recipe with nutritious values of carrots. We have used grated carrots in this recipe. The grated carrots are added to the wheat flour along with some traditional condiments and masalas. We have added some gram flour for binding. This recipe is very quick to make. You can also prepare dough at night, store it in fridge and then prepare hot parathas in the morning.
