Ingredients:
- 2 Totapuri Raw Mangoes ( Kacche Aam )
- ¾ Cup Rock Sugar (Khadi Shakar)
- ¾ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
- Roasted Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Powder
- Salt
- Water
- Peel the mangoes and cut them into pieces.
- In a mixer add the mango pieces and rock sugar.
- Add black salt and salt. Blend it well to prepare the pulp.
- Pass the pulp through a hole sieve to separate the pieces.
- Put some pulp in a glass, add cold water and stir well.
- Sprinkle some roasted cumin seed powder and Kacche Aam ka sharbat is ready.
