Ingredients:
  • 2 Totapuri Raw Mangoes ( Kacche Aam )
  • ¾ Cup Rock Sugar (Khadi Shakar)
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • Roasted Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Powder
  • Salt
  • Water
Procedure:
  1. Peel the mangoes and cut them into pieces.
  2. In a mixer add the mango pieces and rock sugar.
  3. Add black salt and salt. Blend it well to prepare the pulp.
  4. Pass the pulp through a hole sieve to separate the pieces.
  5. Put some pulp in a glass, add cold water and stir well.
  6. Sprinkle some roasted cumin seed powder and Kacche Aam ka sharbat is ready.
