Recipe:
Ingredients:
- ½ Litre Milk
- Chopped Mangoes
- ½ Cup Mango Pulp
- 4-5 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Teaspoon Cashew-Almond Powder
- 5-6 Kesar Strands
- Reduce the milk to half.
- Once the milk is reduced, add sugar, cashew-almond powder and kesar.
- Stir till milk changes colour.
- Let the milk cool and then add chopped mangoes and the mango pulp.
- Mix well.
- Now pour this mixture in Kulfi mould and let it freeze.
- Mango Kulfi is ready to eat.
