Bread Pizza Recipe - Recipe for Kids by Gujarati Rasoi

In this recipe we will make pizza from a normal bread. Bread Pizza is a kids tiffin recipe as it can be prepared quickly and is loved by kids. We have used fresh vegetables like tomato, olives and onion but you can use other vegetables like babycorn, soya chunks or even paneer. This bread pizza recipe can also be prepared for breakfast.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • Bread Slice
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • Olives
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Butter
  • Grated Cheese
  • Oregano
  • Chilli Flakes
Procedure:
  1. In grated cheese add oregano and chilli flakes. Mix well.
  2. Apply some butter on the bread slice. Apply some pizza sauce.
  3. Put some chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicum and previously prepared cheese mix. Finally place some olives.
  4. Now grease the pan with butter and place the prepared bread pizza.
  5. Close lid and cook till cheese melts. Bread pizza is ready to eat.
