- 250 Grams Finely Chopped Cabbage (Patta Gobi)
- 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger (Adrak)
- 1-2 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- Heat some oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped ginger and chopped green chilies. Sauté them well.
- Add finely chopped onion and stir till it turns transparent.
- Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder and mix well.
- Add 250 grams of chopped cabbage and stir well.
- Add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Close lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add chopped tomato and stir well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and kobi nu shaak is ready.
