Bread Roll recipe banavani rit is very easy and today I will show you achari bread roll recipe in gujarati. Gujarati achar masala is used in this recipe to give the roll a yummy taste of athanu. In this athanu style bread roll recipe we have used a stuffing of potatoes, alternatively you can also use paneer or cheese along with potato. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • Bread slices
  • 5-6 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
  • 1-2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1-2 Inches Finely Chopped Ginger (Adrak)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • ¾ Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Achar Masala
  • ½ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil and finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped ginger, turmeric powder, garam masala and achar masala. Stir well.
  2. Now add boiled & mashed potatoes and mix well.
  3. Add chaat masala, salt and coriander leaves. Stir well for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now dip a bread in water and then squeeze the water out of it. Take a portion of the stuffing, place on the bread and make the bread roll.
  5. Now deep fry these rolls in oil till they turn golden brown.
  6. Once they are done remove them in a serving bowl.
  7. Achari bread roll is ready.
